ProGen services was commissioned to provide a full turnkey electrical services package for the fit-out of a luxury brand Billionaire store within Harrods, London.

The Challenge

The luxury brand Billionaire commissioned ProGen to electrically fit-out their new 140 square-metre boutique within a prestigious department store, located at Knightsbridge, London.

It is over three times as big as the former in-store space and is packed with more opulent, velvety-soft products than ever before.

The luxury clothing pieces are displayed on rails in the shape of golden skyscraper girders, with mannequins perched atop statuesque marble pedestals and cabinets adorned with lion-emblazoned coins.

The Solution

ProGen carried out the electrical installation, which included exclusive lighting designs, speaker system and power throughout the impressive boutique.

With the extensive experience ProGen’s project management team has within high end installations in central London, the challenges posed by this project were easily overcome. Full design, along with design interface with suppliers and specialist sub-contractors, was managed, coordinated & executed successfully by ProGen.

The full extent of ProGen’s design and installation responsibility included:

• Co-ordination and design

ProGen provided full design of the electrical and automation systems, and with our in-house design team we avoided any clashes from other trades services within the penthouse.

• Lighting infrastructure

With ProGen providing full cabling and installation of the lighting package through the penthouse, the final outcome was stunning. The high-end lighting chosen by the architect was expertly installed.

• Power

ProGen provided the full power infrastructure throughout the apartment with high-end accessories carefully installed throughout. The cabling and containment were installed to the high expectations of the client.

• Automation

As with all high-end installation, the automation of the lighting and control of services such as blinds was an essential part of the project. ProGen provided management of external specialist contractors and provided the base cabling to allow for the automation of all the electrical infrastructure throughout the penthouse.

The Outcome

The project was completed on time and within the client’s budget. It is a great showpiece of ProGen’s capability when creating and installing a space for luxury items.
