Our comprehensive safety management system provides our employees with all of the training for hazard identification, risk elimination and reduction techniques. All potential hazards and health and safety risks are identified and negated or minimised from the outset, ensuring our projects are carried out in the safest possible manner for all persons and environments concerned.
We believe that continual training and refreshment is essential to providing our clients with an exceptional quality service, which is carried out in a safe manner. All of our project engineers have completed time-served apprenticeships as an absolute minimum standard, and during their time with ProGen hold a host of additional industry training (including IOSH managing safely) to ensure that they hold the highest level of competency in their designated area of operation.
It is through these internal investments that we are proud to provide our clients with an experienced and safety knowledgeable workforce whom carry out their operations in the safest and most efficient manner, with as little disruption to the business environment as possible.
