The New ProGen On-Site Gym is Open!

At ProGen, we’re committed to fostering a healthy, productive, and vibrant work environment for our team. Today, we’re pleased to announce the opening of our brand-new on-site gym, relocated to our fully refurbished basement. What was once an underutilised space has been reimagined as a state-of-the-art fitness facility.

This upgrade reflects ProGen’s attitude to employee health and work-life balance. By bringing the gym to our doorstep, we’re eliminating the excuses and making it easier than ever to squeeze in a workout during lunch breaks, before meetings, or after hours.

Step into the gym, and you’ll be greeted by a modern, immersive atmosphere with dark walls and bright LED lighting that creates an energising yet focused atmosphere. Motivational artwork and quotes adorn the walls, including bold statements like “Pain is Weakness Leaving the Body”.

Top-Tier Equipment for Every Workout

Our gym is equipped with an array of high-quality gear to support strength training, cardio, and functional fitness. Highlights include:

  • Strength Training Zone: A power rack with barbells, weight plates, and adjustable benches for compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. We’ve also got a full set of dumbbells ranging from 2.5kg to 30kg, kettlebells in various weights up to 20kg, and cable machines for targeted exercises like pull-downs and seated rows.
  • Cardio Corner: State-of-the-art machines, such as a NordicTrack treadmill, an elliptical trainer, and a high-end spin bike for improving your VO2 Max.
  • Functional and Accessory Equipment: Incline/decline benches, leg press attachments, pull-up bars, and even unique orange-handled accessories for creative workouts. Everything is arranged in an open layout to maximise space and flow.

This setup allows for full-body routines, HIT circuits, or relaxing yoga flows all in one convenient location.

Regular exercise boosts energy levels, reduces stress, and enhances focus – all key to thriving in our dynamic industry.
